I have been training with Bal now for around 6 weeks and he is super professional and reliant as a personal trainer. He gives advice on things you can do not only in the gym but also at home such as meals / home workouts / health , he is very serious but he will push you to go that extra mile and you will want to cry afterwards but it’s all worth it.which This is definalty what I need and if you have certain goals then this is what you will need too. Highly recommend bal and look forward to seeing our future results but so far I am definalty getting more strength and energy.
